Meet Dr. Michael Madsen!

 

Dr. Michael Madsen has become a wonderful addition to the team at Health Centered Dentistry!

His patients rave about his compassion and his detailed attention to their needs. He has become a beloved doctor by his patients and his team. We’re SO glad to have him on board! We spoke with him and his wonderful wife, Liz, to learn more about him, and here’s what they had to say.

Q: What is your favorite thing about your career?
A: I really enjoy talking to so many different people. Everyone has a story and I love to be able to help them and be a part of it.

Q: What motivates you to work hard?
A: I work hard to play hard.

Q: What is your proudest accomplishment?
A: Besides my family and becoming a dentist, I would probably say finishing a couple full Ironman Races.

Q: Who is your hero?


A: Coach Taylor- Clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose!

Q: What are your hobbies?
A: I love to be outside. I especially love to cycle and be on the lake.

Q: What do you do to stay healthy?
A: I run, swim, bike and eat well. I don’t like sweets much which also helps.

Q: What’s your favorite family tradition?
A: The feats of strength and airing of grievances

Q: What is your favorite book to read?
A: “Into Thin Air,” “Born to Run,” “A Life Without Limits,” “As You Wish”

Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Steak, potatoes, German chocolate cake, and a McDonald’s coke or Torchys Tacos!!

Q: What song would you say best sums you up?
A: Learning to Fly- Tom Petty

Q: On a scale of 1-10 how funny would you say you are?
A: Anywhere between a 5 and 10 depending on my audience.
